Maybe Perhentian Island, Redang Island and several other lesser known island and the 'hotter' for many people, Rhu Hentian rock island just 15 nautical offshore Kuala Besut most people do not know. It's a newly found and developed island in the industrial hub of the East Coast.

To go to Kuala Besut Jetty:
To get to Kuala Besut, you may arrive at Kuala Terengganu or Kelantan. If you are coming from Kuala Terengganu, up bass or teksi to Setiu then another to Kuala Besut, or bus continues to Kuala Besut. The trip would take nearly a half hour.

Boats return ticket kos RM60.00 per person for speed boat and RM40.00 per person for slow boat. Being so close to, ground Hentian Rhu Island is accessible via Kuala Besut 20 to 30 Minit with bots.
